Activities
In addition to our canoecenter, there is much to do here at Lits campsite. Here for etc you can play:-minigolf, tennis, badminton,soccer, beachvolleyball etc. After one or more of these activities, you can in good conscience relax on the sandy beach at the "lagoon" and take a refreshing swim there. We also have a wood-fired Finnish sauna that has room for up to twelve people. Fishing can be done in the river that flows with clear and fine water down from the Norwegian mountains in the northwest.Trout, grayling, pike, perch you can catch here with a little luck and skill,-use spinners, fly or worm. Fishing license costs about 25sek/day. Easier fishing equipment and worms can be purchased at the reception.
New this year is that they restored a nice walking trail of about 8km "Högfors trail" that starts here at the campsite.
The proximity to Östersund should do Lits camping as a good option for those who also want to visit:

- Multichallenge (Adventure/Activity house.)

A daytrip to the mountains is also possible (only one hour by car) Åreskutan peak 1420 m above sea level you can reach by cable car or hike up to the top by foot.
As well as various shopping destinations in Östersund area.
