| Preamble The HOLY LUTHORI EMPIRE and the DA YINGDALA TIANCHAO (CELESTIAL EMPIRE OF INDRALA), henceforth known as LUTHORI and INDRALA, in a desire to recognize cultural differences, establish harmony, INDRALAN annexation of the LUTHORI, and improve relations, have agreed to a mutual exchange of colonial holdings. ARTICLE I LUTHORI shall transfer its colonial holdings of New Mordusia, the Grand Duchy of Talmorschland, the South Carinian Territories, New Alduria (includes the former Federated States), Philipi, and the Namvietian Empire (which includes the Luthori Raj), and all other colonial, territorial, etc. holdings in Dovani, Squibble, Tropica, and Vascania to INDRALA, giving up any and all claims to lands, colonies, territories, etc. in Dovani, Squibble, and Tropica, including New Mordusia, the Grand Duchy of Talmorschland, New Alduria (includes the former Federated States), Philipi, and the Namvietian Empire (which includes the Luthori Raj) and the South Carinian Territories. ARTICLE II The above transfer of territory is recognition of annexation of LUTHORI territory, thus no exchange of monies or other properties shall be warranted. ARTICLE III The above colonial transfers shall occur over a period of twenty years, no more, no less, in order to accommodate native and other peoples into the customs and culture of LUTHORI and INDRALA. ARTICLE IV The rights and privileges of LUTHORIANS shall be held with the utmost respect and protection during the twenty year transfer period. This is paramount. ARTICLE V LUTHORIANS shall be able to maintain their respective properties during and after the twenty year transfer period, so long as this property ownership is conducive to the laws of each respective nation. ARTICLE VI A. Any and all military bases, units, equipment, etc. shall be removed from these colonial holdings once the transfer period has concluded; meaning that LUTHORI may NOT be allowed to have a military presence whatsoever in Dovani, Squibble, Vascania, or Tropica. B. This article may be negotiated in a separate treaty should both nations desire any sort of military exchange. ARTICLE VII This treaty shall apply to any and all of LUTHORI and INDRALA’s current and successor states. ARTICLE VIII This treaty is ceremonial. Withdrawal from this treaty does not reverse this treaty’s contents. ARTICLE IX LUTHORI shall renounce any rights, claims, and privileges to any territory in Dovani, Squibble, Vascania, or Tropica in perpetuity. |
