Sugababes release their fourth album on 10 October
British girl group Sugababes are back on top of the UK singles chart with their latest release, Push the Button.

The single marks the threesome's fourth chart-topper after Freak Like Me, Round Round and Hole in the Head.

US girl band the Pussycat Dolls slip down to two after three weeks in the top spot with raunchy hit Don't Cha.

In the album charts, Katie Melua's Piece by Piece goes straight in at number one, pushing David Gray's Life in Slow Motion down to two.

Jazz star Jamie Cullum gets the second highest entry at number four with his album Catching Tales.

Pioneering

In the singles chart, Sean Paul holds steady at three with We Be Burnin', just ahead of Kanye West's song Gold Digger.

Liberty X get a new entry at five with Song 4 Lovers, their first release in 18 months.

The song sees them join forces with Joseph Simmons, aka "Reverend Run" - one of the founder members of pioneering rap group Run DMC.

Other acts making their debut in this week's Top 10 include Russian duo Tatu, at number eight with All About Us, and Welsh singer Charlotte Church, in tenth place with Call My Name.
