Renowned film producer, director and writer Dabir ul Hassan on June 23, 2014 died after a prolonged ailment. He was born 1949 and was suffering with kidney problem. For last two years he was on dialysis treatment, his last dialysis was done on June 21, 2014 afterward he went into uncontrollable health state and finally took his last breath. The burial was took place at Sakhi Hassan graveyard, Karachi. He is survived by three sons including Nauman and one daughter. His Soem (Qul) was not held as his desire. Super hit film Munda Bigra Jaye (the first ever diamond jubilee Urdu film in both Lahore and Karachi circuits), Ham To Chalay Susral, Miss Istanbul, Hathi Merey Sathi and Chupkey Chupkey are on his credential. He was the husband of renowned actress and director Shamim Ara who is also in coma for last five years at London UK.
