Aid in the development of a comprehensive method to evaluate Anniston Chemical Agent Disposal Facility’s (ANCDF) closure process. Closure will protect the public (i.e., the greater Anniston population) from chemical agent exposure and will protect ANCDF workers from both chemical agent and general occupational hazards.

Assess process and outcome achievements of family advocacy services provided by the Coalition to End Childhood Lead Poisoning.

Measure the progress achieved by Lead Safe Columbus in eliminating elevated blood lead levels in children. The principal measure is to assess the main program activities, which include increased lead-safe housing and increased lead awareness, as well as the educational component’s outreach extent and behavioral effect.

Determine whether Public Act 07-02 (universal blood lead screening legislation) has had an effect on increasing screening rates among 1-and 2-year-old children across Connecticut.

Develop a framework for a statistical analysis of the association between healthy home-based interventions and decrease of frequency and severity of asthma symptoms, while at the same time enhancing quality of life.
