Alicia is from southeast Louisiana where she grew up doing all things outdoors. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a BS in Animal Science and Master’s in Reproductive Physiology. Throughout college she taught a number of group exercise classes in all formats and swimming lessons. In her spare time you can find her running Lady Bird Lake, riding her mountain bike or traveling.

Playing for the women’s basketball team at Appalachian State University and experiencing two ACL tears, Amy developed an appreciation for personal and athletic training. As an ACE certified personal trainer, she first gained her experience training the United States Marine Corp at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. She has over thirteen years of experience training not only our servicemen and women, but collegiate and professional athletes as well. Amy is creative and efficient through every workout making sure to show progression to help you reach your fitness goals effectively. Her expertise is in weight loss, sports conditioning and injury prevention.

Andy is from El Paso, Texas. He played for the men’s basketball team at St. Mary’s University, as well as the men’s soccer team at Western Washington University. He is a NCCPT certified personal trainer specializing in endurance and triathlon training.

Ashley graduated from The University of Texas with a Mechanical Engineering degree and became a fitness instructor through UT’s Texercise program. She is an ACE and AFAA certified group instructor and has a background in TRX, Turbo Kick and PiYo. She works full-time as a Marketing Director and with her strong passion for fitness loves teaching at CG Arena.

Brant has been a professional trainer for over ten years after spending four years in the United States Marine Corp. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and has over twenty years of endurance racing experience in cycling, triathlons, adventure races, running events and mountaineering.

After realizing that teaching would be her path to self-fulfillment, she became a Yoga Alliance certified instructor through Breath and Body Sport and Breath and Body Power Vinyasa Yoga. She can be found practicing on her mat, hiking or swimming in Austin, Texas where she has lived her whole life with her daughter and family pet bunny.

Jerry is always looking for adventure, whether it’s hitting the running trails in Austin or heading out on two wheels to enjoy the challenge of the Texas landscape. An avid road cyclist, Jerry has never met an open road he didn’t want to conquer. When not on the bike, he shares his love for sports and good sportsmanship by serving as a coach for various youth sports. Jerry is married and has three children, all of whom he secretly hopes will want to race him on a bike someday.

He has seen action professionally with the San Francisco 49ers (NFL), London Monarchs (NFL Europe), Tulsa Talons (Arena League), River City Renegades (Arena League), Houston Marshals (SFL) and Austin Turfats (SFL). Shon specializes in sport-specific training. He focuses on agility, explosives, power and specific skill that will allow athletes to be a step ahead of their competition.

He currently attends Concordia University Texas where he is pursuing a double major in Kinesiology and Director of Christian Education. He is the founder of Body Drop Fitness, a high intensity, aerobic hip-hop class inspiring fitness through the love of dance.
