B&N Bank acquires Uralprivatbank from companies affiliated with the former owners of the Rost banking group), informed B&N Bank.

The transaction is expected to be completed by February 2015; its amount is not disclosed. B&N Bank plans to consolidate Uralprivatebank in 2015, after that, all its offices will become a part of B&N Bank’s branch network.
