The Telegraph is showing that Greece is now running a budget surplus. So, well done to Syriza as they've buckled down and got things done. However, I'm not sure I would actually believe these budget numbers for two reasons. The first is that everyone else is saying something very different, that Greece is back in recession and also in a primary deficit. The second being that, well, we know that the Greek budget numbers aren't actually very good. read »
