Post Graduate Certificate in Leadership & Management

A 15 month programme delivered by Roffey Park and accredited by Sussex University. Participants attend residential workshops and take part in Action Learning Groups.

Trading Customer Experience Programme 

This programme equips our shop staff with the skills and confidence to surprise and delight our customers, creating a loyalty for our retail chain. 

Tailor Your Future 

This development programme  is designed for Retail Manager’s and involves tailored training, shadowing, and mentoring.
