UNSW has a number of policies and procedures in place for Higher Degree Research (HDR) candidates. These include supervision, performance reviews, examination and general resources. You are encouraged to familiarise yourselves with these policies and procedures which are available at the UNSW Graduate Research School website.
Arts & Social Sciences procedures and guidelines
Under exceptional circumstances it is recognised that a topic of a thesis in UNSW Arts & Social Sciences may require submission of all or part of the thesis in another language.
These guidelines are for HDR students and supervisors regarding students publishing during or after candidature, including thesis by publication and co-authorship arrangements.
This information is provided for students and supervisors and outlines the requirements and recommendations prior to and during the undertaking of fieldwork or off campus data collection.
