Funeral of Aruna Shanbaug performed at KEM Hospital in Mumbai

Mumbai, May 18 (ANI): The last rites of nurse Aruna Shanbaug who died in the morning after 42 years of being in a state of coma were performed at the King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital in Mumbai on Monday. The nurses and other staff members of the hospital paid homage to Shanbaug.

Aruna was a nurse at King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital and went into coma after being raped by a sweeper at the hospital.
