Alliance for Greater Works™ is driven by a vision of a world without under-resourced communities. Alliance for Greater Works™ (formerly FPI) seeks out partners and clients from nonprofits, private and public sectors, and the faith community that share this vision, and desire to create solutions that change lives and communities.

What We Do:

Since 2001, we have increased the ability of over 7,500 mission-driven leaders and organizations through comprehensive training and strategic technical assistance services.

We help nonprofits and communities by:

  • Building a new generation of diverse leadership
  • Developing and implementing actionable plans to grow their impact and financial resources
  • Communicating their value to diverse group of generous givers and funders
  • Facilitating and managing collective impact initiatives

We help investors put their money where the impact is by:

  • Developing, executing, and monitoring a strategy and plan
  • Identifying faith-based and community organizations to partner with
  • Assessing the impact of current or potential grantees

The National Church Adopt-A-School Initiative (NCAASI) addresses the spiritual and social needs of urban youth and families through a church and public school partnership, based on the Dallas, TX Project Turn Around (PTA) model at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship.
