A few bug fixes

I was just playing through the final build and it looks like we missed a few game-breaking bugs:
- walking enemies sometimes turn around at random (this makes some screens almost impossible)
- the 2nd level digging powerup will remove your 3rd level digging ability if you get it out of order (which can leave you permanently stuck)

I've put the fixes in SVN and uploaded a fixed swf, "The game with some post-jam bugfixes" above.
