A 60-year-old grandmother has become a hit internet sensation after become a beauty vlogger who hopes to help others 'grow older gracefully and beautifully'.

The woman, known on YouTube as Melissa55, looks hardly a day over 40 with her flawless skin and long blond hair - and she even claims that she doesn't use moisturizer.

In her videos, the mother of two and grandmother of seven claims that Retin-A and Retinol - skincare products often found in acne treatments and anti-aging serums - are the secret to beauty.

Melissa55 is from a small town in eastern Tennessee, where she and her entire family still live.

'My family is everything to me,' she says in her About Me section. 'Every Sunday, I fix a big Sunday dinner and we all gather at our house to recharge our batteries and just have fun together.'

She says she and her husband, Doug, live in a 1886 Victorian house that they continue to restore.

But when she takes a break from her family, she turns to the internet to help others age as beautifully as she has.

She shares her wisdom with her thousands of followers in a sweet Southern twang, and gives feminine advice to all who watch the channel. In one episode, she even shares her 'old lady' workout routine.

She shares makeup tips, exercise routines and hairstyles in her videos, which range from five to 20 minutes long

In one video, titled How to Get a HairBump Overnight, Melissa 55, says she keeps most of her beauty routine secret from her husband.

'I sleep with my hair up most of the time so he doesn’t have any idea when I do this that I actually have a roller in my hair,' she says.

In her long videos - ranging anywhere from five minutes to about 20 - she discusses her hair, skin, clothes and more. She even features guests from time to time.

She claims in one video that she has not had any work done to her face, other than getting her eyebrows waxed, according to Jezebel.

She also claims that moisturizer makes her skin 'lazy' and she doesn't like how it makes her face sag, so she doesn't use it.
