Tori Spelling went on a luxury vacation with her four children this month.

And the 42-year-old bragged about her idyllic getaway on Friday with a snap of herself in a white robe. 'I just posted all of my pics from our amazing vacay at @omnilacosta resort! The kids loved it, and I even got 2 have a spa day!' the Beverly Hills, 90210 star wrote in her caption.

This comes after her husband Dean McDermott's first wife Mary Jo Eustace is reported to have filed legal documents to force her ex to cough up child support payments for their son Jack, 16.

Mary Jo claims Dean hasn't paid child support for Jack for five months and owes $8,700, according to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly.

A source told the magazine Dean 'is a deadbeat dad' and he has 30 days to pay up or face the consequences.

The 48-year-old dumped Mary Jo, whom he wed in 1993, in order to be with current wife Tori after falling for the Beverly Hills 90210 star on the set of a TV movie in 2005.

Battling exes: Mary Jo was seen meeting with Dean in LA in February. In Touch Weekly first reported in May that Dean was falling behind in his child support payments and his ex says in legal docs he now owes $8,700

In Touch first reported at the beginning of May that the Canadian-born actor and TV host had fallen behind in his payments.

In July, he and Tori, who have four young children together, left their rented Encino home and moved to a smaller leased house in Calabasas.

Dean and Tori are parents to Liam, eight, Stella, seven, three-year-old Hattie and two-year-old Finn.

Several months ago, the actress tearfully admitted on her reality show True Tori that the couple were struggling to make ends meet.

In an episode that aired in October on Lifetime, she cried: 'We live paycheck to paycheck!'

'After this (True Tori) I have no f***ing idea if work's going to come in. Like, how am I going to support my family in six months?'

The couple have sought to fill their bank accounts by starring in reality TV shows such as Tori & Dean: Storibook Weddings, Tori & Dean: Inn Love and Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever.

Tori is also a regular guest of entertainment and talk shows while Dean has hosted the cooking show Chopped Canada.

And the duo, along with their kids, still enjoy the perks of a celebrity lifestyle.

On Saturday, the family got the red carpet treatment when they showed up for the LG Fam To Table event in Culver City hosted by former Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria.

Tori was photographed helping her kids take part in various cooking-themed activities.

The actress' father Aaron produced TV hits The Love Boat, Charlie's Angels and Beverly Hills, 90210 among other shows, and was worth $600 million when he passed away in 2006.

But her mother Candy has apparently not passed much of that money along to her daughter. It was reported that Tori received approximately $800,000.
