The investment seeks to track the investment results of a broad-based index composed of U.S. equities.
The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the broad U.S. equity market. The underlying index is comprised of all of the companies in the Dow Jones Large-Cap Index, Dow Jones Mid-Cap Index and Dow Jones Small-Cap Index.
