Experience AmeriCU’s new online + mobile banking tools TODAY!

We are excited to announce that the online + mobile banking upgrade is complete! Login now to see what’s new and to start taking more control over your finances at home and on the go with the latest in online + mobile banking technology.

 Logging in to online banking is easy:

  • Visit www.americu.org and click the button that says “Log In to Online Banking and Bill Pay”. If you do not see the log in button, please click the refresh button on your browser.
  • Enter your existing online banking UserID and password.
  • If it is your first time logging on, you will need to
    • Review and accept the Terms & Conditions.
    • Provide contact phone number(s) and/or email address, and verify your identity. Based on the option you select, you will receive a phone call, text message, or email with a confirmation passcode that you must enter to verify your identity and access online banking. For future logins, you may choose to register trusted (i.e., non-public) devices, so you won’t have to complete this verification process each time.

Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your new, easy-to-use online banking home page. From here you can manage your accounts, pay bills, access budgeting tools, check your balances, and more with added convenience, security, and reliability.

Get new apps for your smart phone and/or tablet

Along with our online banking upgrades – we’re excited to introduce a better mobile banking apps, including an app optimized for tablets!

iPhone, iPad & Android Devices

  • Use your device to go to the App Store (iPhones & iPads) or Google Play (Android phones & tablets) and search for “AmeriCU”.
  • Click to download the new app.
  • Enter your existing online banking UserID and password.
  • Review and accept the Terms & Conditions and follow the instructions on screen.

Other smartphones and tablets

  • Specialized apps are only available for Apple and Android devices. If you have another device (Windows phone, Blackberry, etc.) you can still access mobile banking through the browser on your smartphone or tablet by visiting https://m.ifs.intuit.com/mw/01561/login.do.

The new online + mobile banking platform is intuitive and simple, so you can start using it with ease. Login, look around, and try it out for yourself – we’re sure you’re going to love it! If you would like specific information about the new features, answers to questions you may have, or to access more resources, click the links at the top of the page.

Here are a few key points to note about the conversion:

• If you use BillPay, please verify that your payments were converted correctly. All payee and recurring payment information should have transferred from the old system, but please verify this.

• If you use eAlerts, bank-to-bank transfers, or person-to-person transfers, you need to set up these services again, since your information was not transferred from our old system. Also, bank-to-bank transfers are now called Transfer Between My Accounts (Transfer Funds), and person-to-person transfers (Pay People) are called Pay Other People (PopMoney). Transfer Funds and PopMoney will be available on smartphones and tablets in early 2015.

• If you have an AmeriCU Credit Card:
     o Complete a credit card registration to access your credit card account(s) online.
     o We are also excited to introduce a brand new, standalone credit card app with enhanced security features which is available for you to download from the App Store (iPhone and iPad) and Google Play (Android).
