Apple Pay

You can now use your AmeriCU VISA credit and debit cards with Apple Pay - an easy, secure, and private way to pay!

Use Apple Pay with iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus and Apple Watch to pay in stores without swiping cards and in apps without entering payment and contact information. Just pay with a single touch of your finger using Touch ID.

When you add your credit or debit card to Apple Pay, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted, and securely stored. And when you make a purchase, the Device Account Number alongside a transaction-specific dynamic security code is used to process your payment. So, your actual credit or debit card numbers are never shared with merchants or transmitted with payment. In addition, paying with Apple Pay is private because the cashier never sees your name, account number, or security code. Click here for more information about making purchases with Apple Pay.

Adding your AmeriCU VISA credit or debit card is easy:

Step 1: Load your card into Passbook on your iPhone or iPad. Take a picture of your AmeriCU card or enter the information manually. The first card you add will become your default, but it can be changed at any time.

Step 2: Verify your card. You may be prompted to verify your card information over the phone.
