Rentals
We’ve had local friends rent spaces for their children’s birthday parties, rehearsal space, and even film auditions. Green Street has the space you need for your next meeting, workshop, birthday party, rehearsal, or performance. We simply ask that you treat the space like your own when you’re here and we’ll take care of the rest.

Room Decriptions
Performance Studio: Seats 65 auditorium style, 50 at tables, 100 standing - In-ceiling projector with large screen and sound system, flexible black box theater with removable risers/stage, removable dance floor, theatrical lighting, upright piano, hardwood floor, full mirrored wall, can be configured for tables and chairs. Suggested Uses - Large meetings; workshop space; theatre, dance, and music presentations; classes; parties.
Multipurpose Room: Seats 28 at tables, 50 standing - Blackboard wall, can bring in portable projector and screen, upright piano, children’s library, can be configured for tables and chairs. Suggested Use - Meetings; workshop space; classes; parties.
Music Suite: Seats 30 with chairs, 40 standing - Upright pianos, music stands, blackboard walls in small private lesson rooms, can be configured for tables and chairs, can bring in portable projector and screen. Suggested Uses - Music rehearsals; lessons; classes.
Dry Arts Studio: Seats 24 with tables, 75 standing - Blackboard wall, can bring in portable projector and screen, can be configured for tables and chairs. Suggested Uses - Meetings; workshop space; art classes using dry materials; art and craft parties.
Wet Ats Studio: Seats 24 with tables, 50 standing - Sink, blackboard wall, can bring in portable projector and screen, can be configured for tables and chairs. Suggested Uses - Meetings; workshop space; art classes using paints and other wet materials; art parties.
Dance Studio: 25 moving in class, 50 standing - No shoes, furniture, food, or drinks allowed; full mirrored wall, ballet bars, cubbies for storage, sound system, hardwood floor. Suggested Uses - Classes in dance, yoga, martial arts, tai chi.

*The Recording Studio is not available for rental. If you’d like to record a song or learn more about sound production, please sign up for a private lesson.
Pricing
Fees for each room are listed in the table above, each rental includes 1.5 FREE hours of set up/clean up time.
Proof of liability insurance is required for all rentals (not including Wesleyan faculty or students).
$50 non-refundable deposit with the remaining due the day of the event.
Rentals outside normal business hours (9:00am-5:oopm Monday-Friday) will include an additional $20/hour staffing fee. No rental will go beyond 10:00pm.
If technology is required, there will be an additional $20/hour fee to set up and to have the technician available.
Wesleyan faculty and staff receive a 50% discount on space fees (not including staffing or technology).
Wesleyan students can reserve space at Green Street for free (not including staffing or technology fees) during regular business hours if the space is available.
