• What has happened to the Volkswagen Fox?

  Production of the Volkswagen Fox stopped in 2011.

  Volkswagen has recently launched the up! This city car is Volkswagen’s smallest model and is an entirely new design, offering maximum space on a minimal footprint plus low CO2 and excellent fuel consumption. To find additional details and explore our new model, visit up!

• What has happened to the Golf GTI Pirelli, GTI Edition 30, R32 and Passat R36?

  The Golf GTI Edition 30 was a special edition launched in 2006 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Golf GTI. This model was replaced by the Golf GTI Pirelli in April 2008. The Golf GTI Pirelli, R32 Mark V and the Passat R36 are no longer available for factory ordering. The new Golf GTI Mark VII is now available to order from Volkswagen Retailers, please see the new Golf GTI section in New Cars for further information.

• What has happened to the Volkswagen Lupo?

  Volkswagen stopped production of the Lupo in 2005 when it launched the new Fox model in 2006. The up! was launched in 2011. Click here to search for an Approved Used Lupo through our used car search facility.

• What has happened to the Bora?

  Volkswagen stopped production of the Bora and launched the Jetta in 2006. Click here to search for an Approved Used Bora through our used car search facility.

• What has happened to the Golf Mk6?

  Production of the Volkswagen Golf Mk6 stopped in 2012. For more information on older generations of Golf visit our Older model brochures section here.

• When will the Golf GTD brochure be available?

• When is the Golf Estate on sale?

  The new Golf Estate is opening for ordering in July 2013 and on sale in the UK in October. For more information please see our news section

• Where is the new Golf estate built?

  The new Golf Estate will be built in Wolfsburg, Germany.

• When will the Golf R be available to order?

  The New Golf R is planned to unveiled in Frankfurt in December. We are expecting to launch this in the UK in the summer of 2014. The new Golf R will be built in Wolfsbury.

• When is the new Scirocco coming out?

  Volkswagen Germany are looking into producing a new Scirocco in the future. Please keep checking back for further details or sign up to our facebook page or sign up to our news alerts

• How long is my Volkswagen? What is the size of my Volkswagen?

  Volkswagens come in all shapes and sizes from the compact Volkswagen Up! to the Executive Phaeton Saloon. All our vehicle dimensions are available within the new car section of the site - for example new Golf dimensions can be viewed here

• How does ADC work and what is ADC?

  ADC stands for Automatic Distance Control. Automatic distance control helps to avoid accidents by always keeping your car at a safe distance from the one in front, making driving much easier in stop-start traffic. ADC is available on many of the new Golf models, to view a video on how this works please click here

• When will the new Golf Plus be available?

  The replacement to the Golf Plus will be available in the UK in the second half year of 2014.

• Will there be a Polo R?

  Volkswagen have no current plans to produce a Polo R. The Polo GTI is now available though, please click here to find out more information and configure yours

• What is ASG?

  ASG is an automated manual transmission that combines excellent fuel economy with driving ease on the new Volkswagen Up!. Find out more about the ASG in our technology section, or check out the new Volkswagen Up! in more detail and configure yours

• What is DSG?

  DSG gives you the ease of an automatic with the responsiveness of a manual. Our acclaimed DSG dual-clutch gearbox has two clutches with electronically controlled gear selection. • Is the Volksagen Polo available in Auto?
