1. That is a much cooler uniform than the one from my school! You get to wear a cloak! And considering Hogwarts is most likely in Scotland one would be most comfortable in those clothes since school only starts in September when it’s starting to get chilly.
2. That’s only if you attended Hogwarts between the time that Harry’s parents were killed and the time Slughorn returned to his post as potions master. Any other time it would have been a different professor. But even then I would rather have had Snape over muggle schooling.
3. Who cares if the classes were hard? My classes were crazy hard and I persevered anyway, in a muggle school!!! Could you imagine how much more of an effort I would have put into my classes if they were in a wizarding school?!
4. You are in Hogwarts to LEARN how to deal with those dangerous things, lest you go out into the wizarding world unprepared and die!

6. Oh for crying out loud! You’re getting free school, housing, and dining! You are only paying for clothing (the uniform), and materials that will aid you in your education. Further, muggles seemed to be able to afford them (all the Muggleborns), the Weasleys were able to put all seven of their children through school, and even those who could not afford the didactic material (e.g. Tom Riddle) were given aid.
7. No one really worried about being a Horcrux! Even Harry got to use some good Parseltongue. And when he finally found out that he was a horcrux he simply dealt with it.
I am incredibly disappointed in you, Mugglenet, even though I still keep coming back to check if there are ever any news that are worthwhile.
