Hi Angela,
I am a big soup person. Like you I love to make a lot of hearty soups especially during the fall and winter seasons especially vegetable bean soups. I adore your nondairy veggie bisque. What a great way to reuse the vegetables from the stock recipe! I can’t wait to get cooking!

Hi Dr. Weinberg,
must admit that I have had to learn to like eggplant. My father likes to bread it and pan fry it. I have had it as eggplant parmesan, but my favorite eggplant dish was an amazing spicy, stewed eggplant dish that I enjoyed while visiting Istanbul, Turkey. I love your Fall Bucket List! I too want to ride my bike more, visit a fall festival, buy pumpkins and try new pumpkin recipes and walk in the woods if I can get to one. What a delightful way to start the day! I always eat fresh fruit in the morning either as a bowl of fruit or as a smoothie. I love the idea of topping my fruit with your wonderful acai puree! II was in Brazil this summer and I didn’t think to ask about acai while there.
