beverly lynne

we adore beverly lynne.
do you have cable?
if you do, then i bet you have seen her naked.
she is the first person we've interviewed
that if we were interested in getting married,
we wouldn't elope with.
we would propose to her the traditional way
(on our knee, after getting her parents' permission)

Beverly Lynne:

supercult: When's the last time you fell down?

beverly lynne: Funny you should ask that, I just fell down yesterday trying to answer the phone. We have a sunken living room and I was racing down the hall, through the foyer and totally missed the step down into the living room. I wiped out and landed on my cat, Bentley. After a few choice words I got up and made sure I didn't kill the cat. Needless to say I never did get to the phone.

sc: Most of your movies are with the same people. Are you all friends? Do you all roll out together with "Softcore Clique 4life" tshirts on?

bl: Out of all the people I work with, I have a handful that I hang out with, and well, I did marry one. Glen Meadows. I like the tshirt idea.

sc: Can you describe the ins and outs (get it?) of putting together a fake sex scene? Is there penis tape?

bl: The wonderful art of fake sex. There is not penis tape, just a sock and a rubber band. I won't go into details but you can figure out how that works. The women get to wear something that is called a patch... a big band aid. Then we go at it, keeping a safe distance of usually 2-3 inches. Oh, how romantic!

sc: If you could go to the zoo and beat up any animal, what would it be?

[beverly has refused to answer this question on moral grounds. we would like to apologize for implying that beverly would ever beat up an animal. she's not like that, for real.]

sc: If you had a brand new blank 6 hour VHS tape, what would you fill it with?

bl: My daughter, Brianna Nicole Meadows. She just turned a year in October.

sc: So is she the most beautiful daughter in the world, or do you think someone else's daughter is more beautiful?

bl: I think Brianna is beautiful. When I am out and about with her people are always stopping us. They comment on how beautiful she is and how much they love her eyes... they are a perfect icy blue!

sc: Of all of your emotions, what percent would you say is love?

bl: I would say 90-95 percent of me is loving. However, when I get upset you will know it. That would be the Scorpio in me. All in all I am a very down to earth person who is very passionate.

sc: What percent would you say is being afraid of foreign people?

bl: Less than 3 percent. I have been to many different countries and have not had problems. Japan was a difficult country for me... I could not really communicate and forget about reading any signs!

sc: So that's 95 love, 3 xenophobia. What's the last 2%?

bl: Fake sex queen.

sc: How did you end up having at least one movie on every single night? Witchcraft? Is your religion earth-based?

bl: Just lots of fake sex.

sc: Did you spend time with any real bikini chain gangs to prepare for your role in that film?

bl: Yes, many, many months. Being part of a bikini chain gang is hard work.

sc: Do you sleep on your back or stomach?

bl: I start out on my back, but then I end up on my stomach... sprawled out in the middle of the bed with my head under the pillow and all the blankets. We have a huge bed and poor Glen ends up on the edge with about 6 inches. Yeah, I am a bed hog.

sc: Do you feel bad about anything you did as a child?

bl: No, I was a pretty good kid. Went to catholic school, took dance classes, cheered, pretty much stayed out of trouble. I have always been a focused person.

sc: Have you ever been in a fight? Like, real fisticuffs?

bl: I was a ring girl many times for fisticuffs, does that count?

sc: What was the last thing you were nervous about?

bl: The week of Thanksgiving I had to meet with the execs at Regent Entertainment for Dante's Lair. Doing the whole schmoozing thing always gets me nervous.

sc: If you were making a mix tape for Supercult, what songs would you put on it?

bl: I guess any 80's rock music. Yeah, I know I'm a dork but I loved the hair bands.

sc: Where is your career going? Are you working on anything now?

bl: My career is going very well. I have new movies comming out in 2007. The Girl from B.I.K.I.N.I., Crimes of Passion, Bewitched Housewives, Bikini Pirates, and a few complitations that I can't remember the names of. Currently I am filming a series called Dante's Lair. It's with Regent Entertainment and I believe it will be on hereTV. It's the vampire version of Dante's Cove. I don't even have to get naked! Then in the begining of 2007 I will be filming on location in NJ/NY for a film called Polycarp. It is a thriller and I am working with Michael Pare and Charles Durining, should get limited theatrical release.
