Alyson Hannigan & Alexis Denisof
If Ben and Jen ever plan another wedding, they might seek advice from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and American Pie star Alyson Hannigan, 29, and Angel's Alexis Denisof, 37. The couple pulled off a three-day wedding extravaganza at the Two Bunch Palms Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, Calif.—with no breach of privacy. "They brought all the guests down for three days of parties and spa treatments," says event planner Rob Smith of Laurels Custom Flora & Events. "It was pretty spectacular." The pair, who met on the set of Buffy four years ago, opted to have a traditional ceremony. "It was a very soulful wedding," says Smith. "Everyone felt they were part of something really beautiful and romantic."

Natasha Gregson Wagner & D.V. DeVincentis
Natasha Gregson Wagner opted for a French twist for her nuptials to D.V. DeVincentis. The 33-year-old actress—who met screenwriter DeVincentis, 36, in 2000 on the set of High Fidelity, which he cowrote—"loves Paris, so she wanted a Parisian flea market theme," says wedding planner Yifat Oren, who decorated with chaise longues and crystal candelabras. The ceremony took place in the L.A. backyard of Wagner's stepdad, Robert Wagner, who walked her down the aisle along with her father, Richard Gregson. "The minister asked, 'Who gives this bride?' and they said, 'We do!' It was cute," says Oren. Wagner also paid homage to her mom, Natalie Wood, who died in 1981: "The wedding cake sat on a piece of cloth that was part of her mother's wedding dress."

Evan Handler & Elisa Atti
He is Sex and the City character's wedding this past season was a comical disaster. When Evan Handler was planning his real-life nuptials, he was hoping for something low-key and less manic. Handler, 42, and Italian-born medical researcher Elisa Atti, 33, found it at Ouest, a favorite neighborhood restaurant on Manhattan's Upper West Side, where 100 guests filed in for a morning cocktail hour and to watch the ceremony, which took place on an overhead balcony (with an interpreter, who translated for Atti's Italian relatives). The scene "was very Evita-esque," says Todd McMullen, Ouest's general manager. "Elisa was giggling and just looked so happy." Because of the Armani-clad couple's different religious backgrounds—he is Jewish, she is Catholic—the wedding was secular, with no chuppah, crucifix or attendants. "It was very relaxed," says McMullen. "Just a party to celebrate the two of them coming together."

Annabeth Gish & Wade Allen
Marrying on the Pacific coast, The West Wing's Annabeth Gish felt as if she were floating on air. Well, almost. "The wedding started just as the wind was active," says Gish, 32. "My veil was vertical at one point." Krav Maga instructor Wade Allen, 31, and Gish, who was starring on The X-Files, were introduced in '01 by the show's executive producer Chris Carter. Engaged since December, the couple invited 100 guests—and their golden retriever Lola, who served as flower girl—to the Sea Ranch Lodge, three hours north of San Francisco. "For Wade and me, nature is our church," says Gish, who chose a Le Spose Di Gio gown because it had "a little bohemian vibe to it." Next up: a weeklong honeymoon. "We're going to Hawaii, but I don't know where. Wade planned it all," she says. "He's a good man."
