Do you have what it takes to support a child to develop his communication and social skills?
Our client is recruiting for support workers with enthusiasm, initiative, patience and an interest in communication skills to support their delightful 6 year old client based in Bracknell.
Successful applicants will be involved in assisting our client to access a range of leisure activities and to participate in games and sports; such as football, tennis and swimming.
Also to follow programmes of developmental therapy.
Our client would particularly welcome applications from students studying for a therapy or other healthcare related profession. However, a good sense of humour, patience and reliability are the qualities most desired.
Hours: Working alternate Saturdays and after school one afternoon a week.
Additional hours available in school holidays.
Pay: £10.00 p/h Mon-Fri and £11.00 p/h Weekends and Bank Holidays with the potential to increase upon successful completion of competencies.
Training and regular supervision given
