One of the South East's leading Motor Retailers is looking to recruit a Service Advisor for their Volkswagen retailer in Bromley.
The successful candidate, for this front of house position, must have previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role or with a luxury retailer, however it is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
You will be pro-active and be able to manage, evaluate and move forward the customer experience, ensuring the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times.
No day is the same in this demanding and busy role so you will need to be methodical and flexible in your approach to your duties, and enjoy working within a team. You will also be process driven with excellent attention to detail and an engaging, outgoing personality.
This organisation is committed to the highest levels of customer service and they are only seeking a highly motivated and willing individual who would inspire to these standards, so if you are interested and believe you possess these qualities they would love to hear from you.
This role is Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, with a Saturday rota.
A full UK driving licence is also essential
