Join the demonstration at Britain's Drone Base RAF Waddington- where British drones are currently being flown over Iraq and Syria.

We will be doing a number of fun and creative things to oppose the proliferation of drone warfare.

The day will include a full programme of activities, including Skyping with campaigners in Afghanistan, a picnic, kite-flying, speeches about the UK and US's secret drone wars, and making a load of noise (tempted to call it 'droning').

The entrance to the base is on the A607, five miles south of Lincoln, which is easily accessible by public transport. The Number One bus to Grantham leaves the bus station opposite the train station in Lincoln at 05 and 35 past every hour and stops by the base - returns on the hour and half hour, arriving at the bus station 20 minutes later.

Birmingham StWC has a mini-bus going to the demonstration.

Leaving at: 8.30am on Saturday 3rd October, from outside Carrs Lane Church, next to the main Marks and Spencers store Birmingham City Centre.

Contributions will be requested for our expenses and a collection for the driver will take place.
