Soundgarden are ready to unleash their first new album in over 15 years. The Seattle alt-rockers will release King Animal on November 13th; it's their first studio effort since 1996's Down on the Upside. "[The album] re-establishes that we still rock, we're still heavy and we're still a little weird," guitarist Kim Thayil recently told Rolling Stone.
