A Legacy of Learning

The Bernard Osher Foundation has created an ongoing legacy of education through private philanthropy. At CSU, Chico, we also have a similar legacy that built the foundation of our campus. And now OLLI Chico is building on these same values. Very soon members will receive in the mail a brochure called “Legacy of Learning” providing an introduction to creative philanthropy and ways to help us build our own endowment to support the OLLI programs and services such as leaving a gift in your will or bequest gifting through a charitable trust, gift annuity, life insurance, pension plan, IRA, or through real estate. There is a wide range of gifting vehicles that can provide you income for a lifetime along with valuable tax savings.
