Governor's FY 2016 Budget Recommendations

On January 15, 2015, Governor Peter Shumlin delivered his FY2016 Recommended Budget to the General Assembly of Vermont.

Fiscal Year 2014 CAFR Available

On December 18, 2014, KPMG LLP issued an unqualified opinion on the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2014.
 
The CAFR has received an unqualified opinion in each of the last twelve years. The complete CAFR including The Independent Auditors' Report and Basic Financial Statements are found on the CAFR Publications page.

New Policy for Grant Issuance and Monitoring

New Bulletin 5: Policy for Grant Issuance and Monitoring becomes effective December, 26, 2014 This bulletin is in response to the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (“OMB”) issued 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200-Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”) which becomes effective for States on December 26, 2014.
