About the author (2010)

Darren Humphrys is a writer, photographer, and tour guide who left his native Australia in 1997 for an African safari—and stayed. Now residing in his adopted homeland of South Africa and a self-confessed "Africa-phile," Darren has been leading tours to Morocco since 2001. He has also contributed text and images of his favorite North African country to various guidebooks and travel magazines.
