The Developer is retaining ownership and operating this student residency scheme in Manchester.

The scheme combines student accommodation with commercial space at the ground floor, and a gym and roof garden at the upper levels.  As it is in Manchester there is a requirement for reduced CO2 emissions and renewable energy sources as part of the planning process.  BCM have enabled the architect to retain his glazing aspirations for the scheme.
