Sustainability Strategy / Statements for Planning

Planning Authorities often require sustainability statements for Planning applications. 

BCM have produced numerous such statements to meet Planning needs.  These can vary from a few paragraphs demonstrating an intent to comply, to complex analyses using Dynamic Simulation Modelling to demonstrate compliance with challenging Planning requirements such as ‘The London Plan’.
