BCM provided client side strategic advice for the redevelopment of the Pendleton residential area. The project includes a mix of new build dwellings and the refurbishment of the existing housing stock which comprises high & low rise dwellings plus housing areas. BCM have been involved with advising on the options for improving the development to achieve higher levels of Code for Sustainable Homes. BCM have undertaken very detailed option appraisals incorporating a wide range of factors including the provision of varying levels of CHP and District Heating schemes including the options for the introduction of biomass.
