Customer Service Advisor

An opportunity has arisen for Customer Services Advisors. Working for one of our regular clients, the suitable applicant should have relevant experience in customer service and good communication skills.

Responsibilities include: managing high volumes of inbound and outbound telephone calls, providing high standards of customer service, answering customer enquiries, the flexibility to assist other departments when necessary. You will also be expected to undertake any additional tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager.


Suitable candidates must possess the following skills: a great customer service track record, with a minimum of 6 months high volume (100+ calls per day), call centre experience, outstanding customer focus, confident communication skills, IT and switchboard literacy. Foreign languages a plus.



Hours of work

Monday-Friday 9am to 7pm



£18.000 – £24.000 (pro rata)


The offices are located centrally and are easily reached by public transport.


Claims Handler

Timely Recruitment are currently acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a full-time Claims Handler. The successful candidate must have previous experience in this area: candidates with a background in an accident management would be ideal. You will be managing claims from start to finish, including work in the following areas: road traffic claims as well as contacting body shops with regards to repairs. You will also be expected to liaise with claimants and provide administrative support.


Hours of work

Monday – Friday 0900 am to 1700 pm.



£18,000- £25,000 (pro rata)

E-mail Campaigns Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-mail Campaigns Manager to become part of a well-established team in a new organisation in the stevenage area. The company offices are in a central location, easy to reach by public transport.

Your main tasks include the implementation of e-mail campaign management procedures, from the moment a brief is received to delivering the finished mailshot. You will be responsible for achieving business objectives, managing and implementing the banner schedule and reporting on e-mail campaign results in addition to account management. You will be expected to organise your own tasks and administrative work.


Hours of work

Monday – Friday 0900 am to 1700 pm.
