Delayed-Notice Search Warrant Report
This is the annual report to Congress on delayed-notice search warrants as required by the USA Patriot Improvement and Reauthorization Act of 2005, codified at 18 U.S.C. § 3103a(b)-(d).
Section 3103a(d)(2) requires the Administrative Office of the United States Courts to report on delayed-notice search warrants and extensions, including the number of applications for warrants and extensions and the action taken on the applications. Covers 12-month periods ending September 30.
