Could you describe your state more in detail? Why are you immobilized and induced with insomnia?

The easiest way to get over the obsession is to find not only a certain amount of willpower somewhere and somehow, but also other obsession, mayhaps not as titillating as this one seems to be to you. Focus elsewhere and avoid. See where that gets you.

This whole wallowing in self pity in not interesting or helpful.
