December 2015 Update Horrible! Don't update!! It shows a blank white page where the chats are supposed to be. Embarrassing to have customers chatting and not be able to see or respond to them.

Great software but... Hi, great technology. We should be able to see way more details of the visitors though like on the Web version. Including OS, browser etc. Often it rings and I'm notified of a new chat request but there is no chat request there at all. Would love it if we had no splash screen when going back too app to respond quicker.

Regarding the new chat push notification, are you still experiencing the same issue? This is weird. Thank you very much. Overall Good Its working fine. But only one issue; i am unable to disable vibration in chat request when in settings I already select not to vibrate. I only want sound notification not the vibration. I am using Android 4.2.2. Hope it will be fixed soon.

Thanks for your comment. The issue you are talking about is a not a bug. When you disable vibration in settings, it means you won't receive vibration alerts when the app is actively working. But push notifications when the app is working in the background always come with a vibration. Anyway, we know your features request now. Thanks. Thanks for clarifying. As you may know, it already has both sound and vibration notifications. We thought it should be enough for most users. Anyway, thanks for your suggestion. We will consider it for sure. Constant logging out! Now that the logging out issue has been fixed, I think this is a very strong product. One more thing to possibly add though is push notifications. I would love to receive notifications of visitors even when I'm not actively using the app. Thank you!

Thanks for the comment. With the latest version, we added push notifications for two more scenarios: when there is a new visitor and when a chat is ended, on top of the the already existing three: when there is a new chat request, a new message or a chat being transferred to you. So yes, you can receive notifications. Easy to use The interface is quite cool. The features are easy to use and powerful enough to chat with my website visitors. A good business tool.

Very objective comment. If you upgrade to the latest version, you will see the UI is much better and cooler now. :) Session Timeout Please fix the timeout bug, it constantly logs out when running in the background which really makes this application useless.

That can't happen, especially with the latest version. :) Works when logged in Constantly logs me out when not in use and no visitors are on the site. Does work for chats. Chat request alerts are loud and hard to miss, which is good. Visitor info is great.

Has Potential But Its been Months With No Progress I.love this company. Been dealing with them for years and.i.luv.this.idea.... But it.force closes constantly and it still logs us out. Its been months and Im kind of disappointed that you guys have not listened to your supporters and fixed its issues.

Needs work Like the other reviews, I'm not happy with the Android version of this app. I've installed it on both my tablet and phone, and every time I go back to the application, I have to log in again. I end up using the app for PC for my chats. I don't know why I bother re-installing it now and then, when there are no updates. There is apparently a new version of Live Chat in the works. I wonder if an Android app will be with it.

Email address still shows invalid because of the dash in our domain name... Field allows underscore, but not a dash... Please fix... Previous Update: New update seems to scale to full screen but I can't login since the email address field doesn't allow dashes and my domain name has a dash in it... Please fix... Old Version: Doesn't scale to full screen on my EVO 3D... UI is outdated and needs a refresh... Other than that, the actual functionality is pretty good!

Amazingly helpful Thanks guys its too helpful for us. This app was not there in my windows phone so I bought android phone specially for your app but on my Sony Xperia S the screen size is too small as in it do not use my whole screen and it do not continuously run we need to log in again and again due to which I loose my client on chat often please resolved the issue ASAP and bring in more features. Thanks. Did you update to the latest version? It works much better now. :) Nice app I love the idea but is sucks the I can't exit the app. The only way to exit it is by shutting down the phone or using the killer app in my Samsung nexus s and in my Samsung nexus. Please fix this issue thanks
