Concrete can be a major contributor to both curb appeal and public safety at a building site. As concrete ages, cracks and holes may form in its surface. Ongoing maintenance is important — if water is allowed to enter these openings, it can cause more extensive and costly damage to the underlying substrate.

The most effective form of concrete repair used by ACI professionals is to remove and replace the deteriorated areas. Once the replacement process is complete, we recommend a curing period of at least 4-7 day. During this time, traffic should be diverted around the effected area because early load exposure can damage the new surface.
