Forum: faqs Subject: Series of talks - one 'item' or individual 'items'

Hi all!

I'm new to The Internet Archive and I would like to make a series of talks, that we recorded this spring, available to the public.

My questions are:
A) Should I rather make one 'item' including all videos and subtitles (in different languages) of the talks of the event? Or should I rather have individual items with each one video (in different formats) and the related subtitles, etc.

It seems to me, that the latter is the better choice in order not to clutter the one item too much. On the other hand since it's one event with all talks about a similar subject, it's nice to have all talks together.

B) Would you recommend to choose an identifier according to the series? Like: "EventName-SpeakerName-TitleOfTheTalk"
At the moment I have chosen just: "SpeakerName-TitleOfTheTalk" as identifier.

What's the usual practice here?
Thanks for your advise!
