We provide our customers with initial implementation support, technical support and on-going application support. We take a hands-on approach to support you so that you get the most out of your software investment.

Initial Implementation

During initial implementation we establish a core team to determine the features that will be used on your projects and any customization necessary. We assign a Project Manager to guide you through the implementation and be a single point of contact throughout your use of VPO. We will train team members on how to use the system based on their role. We provide online tutorials for end users to reference. If any additional features or special services like integration is needed we will develop and roll them out during this initial implementation phase.

Technical Support for the Entire Project Team

We are a single point of contact for anyone you invite to use the system. This includes internal and external users. If anyone has any problem, they can contact us directly. This alleviates your own staff from becoming a technical support organization to other companies you are working with on the project.
