A common question we get is: "what happens if I don't like a meal?"
The great news is that you can take any other meal on the menu and replace it. However, if you have a specific allergy, here are some common swaps you can try out in the recipes.Coconut milk:
Swap out for almond milk (or vice versa)
Swap out for almond flour (or vice versa)
If you don't like shellfish, you can commonly swap this out for chicken without too many variations.
You can also swap chicken out for seafood if you don't like it (chicken works for everything!)
Try swapping these out for tahini or sun flower butter if you prefer them.
