Interim Chernarussian Government Elected

SOUTH ZAGORIA, Chernarus (AAN) – Chernarussian parliament picks new cabinet.
While war still rages in the north east of the country, Chernarussians today celebrated the election of a new Interim Government. The new cabinet is holding its first emergency session this morning as CDF and USMC forces continue to push back ChDKZ separatists in South Zagoria.

SOUTH ZAGORIA, Chernarus (AAN) – Nationalist guerrillas attack ChDKZ strongholds in the north.
Chernarussian nationalist extremists are launching violent reprisals on ChDKZ strongholds in the north of South Zagoria. Civilian militias belonging to various nationalist groups are reportedly assaulting towns and villages in the remote regions north of the Vyshnoye/Staroye frontline. ChDKZ forces have been pushed back into this region by the advancing CDF and USMC forces in the south.

SOUTH ZAGORIA, Chernarus (AAN) – CDF flood into South Zagoria in the wake of USMC incursion.
ChDKZ forces - who only days ago controlled the entire South Zagoria region from the Russian border in the north to the Green Sea coastline - have been pushed back to a front line beyond Vyshnoye and Staroye, two villages in the center of the South Zagoria province.

CHERNOGORSK, Chernarus (AAN) – Confusion as US first declares, then denies capture of rebel leaders.
In a confusing backtrack, reports leaked to the press by US navy personnel claiming the capture of ChDKZ leaders inside Chernogorsk were categorically denied by the US Defence Dept. press office this evening.

Chernogorsk, the South Zagorian capital, is tonight under the control of native Chernarussian Defence Forces, thanks to a daring assault by US Marines.
