Facilities for Living, Fun, Relaxation
Our interactive tour gives you the opportunity to explore our residence halls and commons buildings. The tour includes pictures of buildings, floor plans for many buildings and rooms, and pictures of the furniture provided in each room.
The Village at 115 is the first phase of our ambitious project to rebuild undergraduate housing and redefine the undergraduate living experience. The Village is apartment-style living for almost 750 upperclassmen.
The New Residence Hall will is being built to house the growing number of undergraduates! It will house 290 students in one-bedroom to four-bedroom apartments, as well as 8 townhouse style units.
Select property management apartments are considered on-campus housing for the 2013-14 academic year and will be part of the room selection process. These buildings are owned and operated by Case Western Reserve University and are adjacent to the North and South Residential Villages.
The Triangle Apartments is the newest on-campus housing option for the 2013-14 academic year for second-year and upper-class students. Located at the corner of Mayfield Road and Euclid Avenue, The Triangle offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio apartments.
Entertainment
The Spot is the famous on-campus program location and hang out! The Spot is located in the bottom floor of Leutner Commons and is open to the Case, Cleveland Institute of Art and the Cleveland Institute of Music student communities.
Named for the Case Rough Riders, The Rough Rider Room (RRR) is located in Carlton Commons on the south side of the Case Western Reserve University campus. Recently remodeled, the RRR is host to Thursday night coffee houses sponsored by the University Program Board (UPB).
Residential Commons
Fribley Commons is located in the Murray Hill area. Fribley houses the dining room for the South Residential Village, as well as reservable meeting spaces, a 24-hour study room, Print to Here, ATM, and the South Area Office.
Carlton Commons, located in the Carlton Road area, is home to the Rough Rider Room, as well as open study space, and a large multi-purpose space in the lower level.
Leutner Commons is located in the North Residential Village. The upper floor of Leutner holds the dining room for the North Residential Village. The Spot and Lower Level Leutner (L3) are in the basement.
Wade Commons is located in the North Residential Village. It is home to two reservable spaces, a 24-hour study room, Print to Here, ATM, and the North Area Office.
