PASKAL Malaysian Special Forces Weapons

Authored By Staff Writer | Last Updated: 2/9/2016

PASKAL represents the Malaysian equivalent to the United States Navy SEALs special forces group - and is equally well-armed and trained for any task.

PASKAL (PASukan KhAs Laut) is the special forces wing of the Royal Malaysian Navy and holds origins in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Since its inception, it has remained active in both local and global conflicts including the War on Terror, East Timor and Operation Enduring Freedom. Training and weapons are comparable to the world renowned United States Navy SEALs as PASKAL operatives undertake missions of similar scope.
