    Hello Ed huge fan of the casino used to speak to live and they always helped me. I have had a problem with the software now for nearly two years. When I open up the site there is an incomplete game and it won't go I have personally tried code, reported it many times. Another thing is I've always enjoyed a good rapport with the support staff, and three emails have been ignored. The real thing that is on my mind is this though. I was feeling blue about not winning so wrote in and asked for a bonus. When I logged back in later on in the early hours there was ten quid in the account I was delighted, but when I checked my points a few hours later someone had used them to give me a bonus. I am upset about this, and did'nt ask for this. I have written in so many times, no explanations nothing. It's very distressing. If I said cool use my points fine but I didn't. Could yo please get back to me. I may never use it but that's MY CHOICE.. Anyway you've been brilliant in every other way.

    Hi i recently won at your casino but i am being refused the payout, i have sent about 20 screenshots to your support staff, i even sent a 1 minute recording of the screen showing the win but was still refused payout. I had an email from your casino manager today that said "We have strong reason to believe this is a deliberate attempted to defraud the casino and have subsequently locked down your account for this reason." after speaking on the phone to your manager jonathan today he has admitted that they were wrong to jump to this conclusion as they didnt look at all the evidence that i provided. I do not appreciate these type of allegations after enduring 50 hours of sarcasm and lies from your support staff. I have attempted to email you several times but never had a response with the emails i have attached the screen shots and if you want to see how badly i was treated by your staff just look at the chat logs and especially the email i recieved this morning from your manager.
