Aug-08-06  Autoreparaturwerkbau: Rubinstein got absolutely pin(t)-overdosed.

whiteshark: Rubinstein's play changed beyond recognition.

<12.Rad1> would have been a a good move. <19.Bxf6?> was already the decisive mistake.

Mar-13-12  bystander: <autoreperaturwerkbau> Nimzowitch uses this game in My Sytem to illustrate pins! And yes <whiteshark> the game is not so interesting and I think too already lost after 19 Bf6x? After move 19 Nimzowitch still shows some "pinning and "unpinning" in a game which is won. Some variations. Instead of 10)...a5 first develop the queenside? 10)..Rb8 11) Qd2 Qa5 12) Rfd1 Rfd8. An alternative for 13) Nc2: 13) Nd5 Nd5x 14)Bg7x Kg7x 15)cd5x Nd4 looks equal to me. And not 19) Bf6x? but simple 19) a3 Nc6 20) Qd3 Bg7 21) Nd5 Nd5x 22) cd5x Ne5
