Israel Military Order No. 2 Concerning Quarantine
I, Aluf Haim Herzog, acting on the authority invested in me as the
commander of the Israeli Defense Forces in the West Bank region, order the following:
- Imposition of Quarantine
1. This Order imposes a quarantine on the entire West Bank region.
- Prohibition
2. It is prohibited to transport any plant or animal, of any kind, from the West
Bank region to any location outside this region.
- Punishment
3. Any person violating Article 2 of this Order will be punished by three years imprisonment.
- Implementation of this Order
4. The implementation of this Order commences on 7 June 1967.
- Title
5. This Order will bear the title "Order Regarding Quarantine (West Bank Region) (No. 2) for the Year 1967."
