Change.org is a social enterprise and a certified B Corporation. B Corporations are held to high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency set by B Lab, an independent certifying group.

Our mission is to empower people everywhere to create the change they want to see, and we believe the best way to achieve that mission is by combining the vision of a non-profit with the flexibility and innovation of a tech startup.

Our revenue comes from organizational clients and users.

Hundreds of organizations run Sponsored Campaigns on Change.org to advance their causes and find new supporters.

People can promote petitions and become Change.org Sustainers to expand and improve the platform for everyone.

To date, we have raised $50 million dollars in mission-aligned investment from leaders in business, technology and the media including Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Reid Hoffman, Arianna Huffington, Ashton Kutcher & Guy Oseary, Jeff Weiner, Evan Williams, and the Omidyar Network.
