to over 56,000 drug abusers. Of those over , 31,000
have completed treatment successfully.

administers a Halfway House for Federal Inmates.

seven other countries: Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican
Republic, El Salvador, Panama, the United States and
Venezuela.

and Massachusetts.
